The Quality Management Partner will engage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve the quality of care and patient experience through use of data analysis, fact-based decision making and project management methods. This position abstracts medical records and analyzes data for designated quality improvement measures, studies, databases and registries.
Education: Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
Experience: At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: If Registered Nurse, must have a current license in Minnesota to practice as registered nurse.
Experience: Experience with data analysis; experience in health care quality management and/or project management.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certified Professional in Health Care Quality (CPHQ).
