Description JOB SUMMARY: The Neuroscience Imaging Analyst will contribute to imaging genetic analyses within the Vanderbilt Memory & Alzheimer's Center using publicly available data focused on Alzheimer's disease. This position will primarily focus on the Resilience Initiative within the center which seeks to characterize factors that drive neuroprotection in asymptomatic individuals. The Neuroscience Imaging Analyst position provides an excellent opportunity to gain clinical and translational research experience in Alzheimer's disease, neuroimaging, and computational genetics while working as part of an interdisciplinary team of experts and trainees in neuropsychology, neurology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, neuroradiology, geriatrics, cardiology, and biostatistics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Skill Requirements : Programming skills in MATLAB, Python, Unix/Linux and scientific. Experience with PLINK, InterSNP, and R is desired but not required. Excellent professionalism and communication skills required.
