We are looking for a dedicated and collaborative Physician Practice Administrators to join our team. This position provides leadership oversight and operational, financial and administrative direction for an ambulatory physician practices consisting of approximately 7 providers and 15 staff members.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership through activities at the strategic and operational level to ensure outstanding patient care, patient satisfaction, and provider and staff productivity. Maintain liaison with all levels of administration, physicians and outside entities to coordinate clinic/practice business, accomplish directives, and facilitate the resolution of problems. This position has responsibility for and oversight of all staff and practice operations. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue cycle management, compliance, quality improvement, work culture, strategic planning, business development/marketing, budget preparation and management, including income and expenses.
Education: Position requires a bachelor's degree in a business or healthcare-related field.
Experience: Position requires 4 years related administrative or practice management experience to acquire competence in applying general operational practices, personnel practices, accounting and budgeting principles and coordination of practice administrative functions.
A master's degree is preferred. Lean experience a plus.

Services provided include primary care, preventative medicine, chronic care management, and urgent primary care for conditions usually seen in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatric practices.
