The Assistant Director of Risk Management will assist with the incident management of the Department of Psychiatry. Responsible for reviewing incidents, conducting investigations and reporting to regulatory agencies, including all internal and external reporting requirements. Assists with the investigation of patient complaints for the Department of Psychiatry. Responsible for tracking data for incidents and patient complaints.
-Knowledge of the principles of Quality Improvement/ Risk Management.
-Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint.
-Excellent Communication Skills-verbal and written.
-Licensed and currently registered to practice as a health care professional, experience in Psychiatry preferred.
