Manager, Quality Improvement
Legacy Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager of Quality Improvement. The position provides leadership and comprehensive consultation for system-wide performance improvement priorities. The Manager works collaboratively with organizational leaders, physicians and front-line staff to guide and facilitate quality improvement efforts. This roll manages the Quality Improvement Consultant team and sets the priorities for the Quality Improvement Consultant team.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience within a healthcare environment including 5 years’ experience in quality improvement work for a hospital or health system.
Preferred, a minimum of three years’ experience providing quality improvement program administration.
Preferred, knowledge or previous exposure to Lean for healthcare organizations
Additional Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, management, presentation, facilitation, organizational, consultation, and training skills.
